GENERAL
Yes, all of our jewellery is tarnish resistant. We use only the finest quality materials including Gold Filled, Gold Vermeil and Sterling Silver materials.
***Please note, tarnish resistant does not mean water-proof and we strongly recommend removing your jewellery while showering/swimming and avoiding contact with corrosives such as perfumes, self-tanner, moisturiser that can cause tarnishing.

All of our jewellery is handcrafted by our in-house artisans keeping production local, ethical and sustainable. In an effort to avoid over-ordering and over-consumption, we handcraft each piece to order which also adds a personalised touch to your jewellery.
With this in mind, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to handcraft your pieces. This may take longer during busy periods such as launches or holiday periods.
All of gold vermeil and sterling silver pieces are hypoallergenic.
Unfortunately, our gold filled pieces contain brass which is not safe for sensitive skin types.
We use a variety of different materials in our jewellery that require different care dependent on the specific material.

MATERIALS
Gold Filled jewellery is a more affordable alternative to solid gold jewellery. In order for gold filled jewellery to be certified as "gold filled" the metal must contain at least 5% real gold.
Unlike gold plated jewellery, gold filled jewellery contains a much thicker layer of gold that is heat bonded to the base metal making it far more durable and longer lasting.

Gold Vermeil is a more premium quality alternative to regular gold plating. All of our gold vermeil pieces contain a thick and robust layer of gold on top of a base metal such as sterling silver.

As our pieces are individually made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to handcraft your order.
In addition to this, please account for delivery timeframes which vary dependent on your location. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more.
If you need to cancel or modify your order please get in touch with us via email within 24hrs of placing your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or modifications after this time.Â

RETURNS
We offer 14-day returns within Australia and 30-day returns internationally.

All returns must be processed with our customer service team first.
To start your return please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to lodge a return request. Orders sent back to us without first contacting us for a return authorisation will be returned to sender.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless your order is deemed faulty.
