All BONDI JEWELS jewellery purchases made through our online store and in-store locations come with a 24-month quality warranty.

This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects only including but not limited to issues with clasps, hooks & other metal components and breakages in/around tension points. It does not cover general wear and tear or jewellery tarnishing due to inadequate care. We will assess the item in question and offer a repair or replacement (at our discretion) for the faulty item. Please note, our jewellery is delicate and appropriate care must be taken according to our detailed Care Guide.

BONDI JEWELS is not to be held responsible for the loss of jewellery in any case and cannot deem an item faulty if it cannot be assessed by our team under any circumstances. If you require a repair after the warranty period we will require a small repair fee and return postage costs will fall to the responsibility of the customer.
